I am currently looking for a studio sublease take-over situation.

Studio/Location - LES, lower Manhattan, and Brooklyn- Crown Heights, Bed Stuy, open to other parts of Brooklyn

Circumstance: I do have an older cat and dog, i've had them for 9 years, they're incredibly well trained and not a disturbance.
