12T SF. Would think the 2027 first would be mid-late. What to change if needed?

12T SF 0.5 PPR. I have a lot of young WR’s (BTJ, Marv, Nabers, Hunter, downs) with decent QBs, and I’m considering trading with the recent league winner. I’d most likely take Tate I my pick isn’t traded. The 2027 class could be legendary so would you do this as a rebuilder?
