It's not possible to submit a report at reddit.com/report . This has been happening for days now, no matter whether you choose "Account" or "Content". Once you type in the Account or link to the Content, click Next, the page hangs (a rotating circle). A moderator from r/help offered some suggestions, all of which I tried. Same problem. He then said, contact r/bugs. Please let me know when it is fixed or if there is somewhere else I can submit a report to remove content.
