Alrighty gang, after working down my 4th paint stick in less than 2 years and I’ve had enough. I’m working on designing my own and would love some input from other boots on ground.

Some of the biggest complaints I’ve had/heard/read have been:

- inconsistent trigger. (Sticking, no spray, spray with only certain cans)

- poor ergo. (Trigger/grip angle, poor quality triggers like the rusto wire one)

- weight (though most of it comes from cans/flags

Some “upgrades” I’ve thought up and wouldn’t mind feedback on:

- “modular head” letting you choose from carrying just one can, to multiple, with or without flag holder, heck even a way to attach one of those mini measuring wheels if you so choose

- changing the actuation method from being “stick pushing rod” to a “stick pulls hoop/hook” for more consistent trigger

- adjustable trigger

I’m also open to hearing anyone would like to see in their “perfect paint stick”
