JOOLA Infinity registration / warranty issue: NFC chip and Serial ID problem
I’m curious if anyone else ran into this with JOOLA’s Infinity registration process.
I bought a JOOLA paddle and tried to register it right away for the 12-month warranty. The NFC chip would not work with my phone, so I contacted JOOLA. They sent me the Infinity registration link, but the online form required a Serial ID.
The problem was, I could not find the Serial ID anywhere. I asked JOOLA where to find it, but I never got a clear answer back.
Now JOOLA is saying they can’t find my registration, so my paddle is only covered under the 6-month warranty instead of the 12-month warranty.
I’ve asked around elsewhere, and a number of people said they had the same issue: NFC chip didn’t work, couldn’t register online without a Serial ID, and never got the info they needed to complete registration.
Did anyone else try to register a JOOLA paddle right after purchase, but couldn’t because the NFC chip or Serial ID process didn’t work?
I’m not asking what paddle to buy. I’m asking about JOOLA’s registration and warranty process.
