UPC requires that plumbing vents slope 1/4" per foot back toward the fixture. Are there any exceptions? The vent penetrating the wall is for a kitchen sink. The vent following the wall is from an adjacent bathroom sink. The bathroom sink vent drops down to connect to the kitchen sink vent, which is properly sloped and then passes through the roof.
