Trying My Luck Here After 5 Months of Job Hunting. Open for Remote Product Support Roles
Hi everyone,
I honestly feel a little desperate posting this, but I thought maybe it’s worth trying here.
I’ve been job hunting for almost 5 months now, applying almost every day, attending interviews, completing assessments, and doing my best to stay hopeful, but unfortunately I still haven’t received a job offer.
I have experience as a Product Support Specialist for a SaaS company where I handled APAC, ANZ, and US clients. My work included:
• Customer and technical support
• Troubleshooting platform and integration issues
• Email and chat support
• Escalations and account concerns
• Working with customers across different time zones
I’m currently looking for a full time remote opportunity related to:
• Product Support
• Technical Support
• Customer Success
• Customer Support
• SaaS Support
At this point, I just really want a chance to work again and continue supporting myself and my family.
