Hi! I’ve bought an SpRocket Select from a second hand and I cannot say what is the problem… I charge it, insert the correct paper (the orange one) but when the paper comes out it’s totally white (it doesn’t print).

I’ve been scammed with a broken printer or there’s something I can do to fix it? Thanks a lot
