What times are needed for D1 track
Right now I run a 53.3 400 and 22.0 200 and haven’t ran a 100 metres yet however this is me without training as I haven’t trained this season. What times are needed for me to get into D1 and also some people are telling me that hurdles help does it? And las thing first time doing long jump got a 18.1. Really my question is, is it possible for me to get into D1?
