Hey all,

Helping my aunt hunt for a new apartment. She's down to a couple communities: Terra at Portola Park, La Vina, and Chardonnay Gardens. Has anyone lived at these communities and can provide their candid experience? Also, how's the neighborhoods between Terra at Portola Park versus La Vina? Terra at Portola looks like its near a small airport, so she's afraid it would be loud.
