I applied to a program finance role, did the questionnaire, recruiter told me my experience is wonderful and sent me an accommodation request email, then I got a rejection email two days later before the interview ever happened.
Still want to work at LM. Now applying to openings across the country.
Background: program finance, prior gov contractor experience, currently at a SaaS company, two MBAs.
What actually works to get in? Referrals? Specific sites or BUs hiring more right now? Anything that helped you break in is appreciated.
