About A Twitch Raid
Hi! I started streaming on Twitch for myself or friends to watch as I go through games. Obviously it’s a public stream so I expected the odd person to pop in. But I wasn’t expecting to get a 14 person raid 😅
It was my 3rd stream, I’m only ever live for 1-2 hours. I was bad at talking cause I’m not used to it yet. I’m an introvert with anxiety and seeing all those people took me by surprise and I froze, didn’t know how to react. I wasn’t checking chat and noticed after 2 minutes. I did say thanks but think they left as there was no other messages.
I saw them stream later and left it open when I went out to return the support. Also followed. When I returned their stream was gone and I hadn’t talked to them. I’ve never talked in a Twitch chat in the 4 years I’ve watched streams as I don’t want to be noticed, I’m a lurker 🙂
Just wondering if this happened to anyone else? And looking for advice on if I should reach out to the streamer? I might be overthinking as I tend to do but I feel bad 😕
