Newly diagnosed

I have been told since I was young I just had ibs. Now in my mid 30s I have been diagnosed with celiac after symptoms progressed to not being able to hold food down. I have been able to do good. When I’m doing good I feel amazing, But I fall off the wagon. My biggest enemy is bread! I love it so much and all the gluten free bread I try tastes like dry card board. The rashes, the stomach aches and the digestive upsets all come back. Anybody else diagnosed later in life and struggle with breaking bad food habits?
