I had a 12 weeks loss a year ago and a 14 week loss in Sept. both were abrupt and the heart just stopped beating. I had the second one tested and everything came back normal, I was also tested for APS and it came back negative. I did notice every time after I stopped my progesterone their hearts stopped beating 2 days after. I have three healthy children prior to these losses so I’m just so lost on what’s going on. I will say, they did not check my TSH the last two they just kept me at the same dose I was already on pre pregnancy and that was 0.025 levothyroxine. I am now 7 weeks pregnant again, they have upped my levothyroxine too 0.50 because it was a little high and then they have me on baby aspirin daily, 800 progesterone, prenatals, and I take D3 alone with my sertraline I’ve taken for years.
I’m wondering if I should ask for a low dose of lovenox. My platelets are at 160 and when I delivery they do go down but not past 100.
