Hi fellow ECEProfessionals,
I am a graduate student at Portland State University's School of Social Work conducting a qualitative research study on the lived experiences of early childhood professionals (ECPs) and how burnout specifically may influence their work with children from marginalized communities in under-resourced settings.
You may qualify to participate if you:
- Currently work or have recently worked as an ECP (e.g., teacher, childcare provider, early interventionist, family educator, or similar role)
- Work or have worked in an under-resourced early childhood setting
- Have personally experienced burnout in your professional role
Participation involves a one-time, confidential interview lasting approximately 45-60 minutes, conducted virtually via Zoom at a time convenient for you.
