Hi! I’m looking for a last minute NYC sublet for my bedroom, as I am planning on traveling for most of the summer.
The apartment is located on Thompson street, just south of Washington Square Park. It is a walk up, but will be fully furnished. (Should have everything you might need)
There is natural light from a large window in the bedroom, with window AC. As well as tall ceilings. In my bedroom there is also a decent sized closet, a desk, chair (and piano keyboard, if you are musically inclined feel free to mess around on it)
Couch in the Living room, with TV and coat closet.
The Price is $2,100 per month. I will take care of the utilities. Heat and water included)
Dates would be from mid May - August/Early September. (Specific Dates can be discussed) Might be able to give a tour, depending on the day.
Other info includes: 7-8 minute walk away from Trader Joe’s. 6-7 minute walk from West 4th Station, 7-8 minute walk from Broadway Lafayette Station, 7 minute walk from Bleecker Station. Right in the heart of NYU neighborhood.
