hi guys! im F19 5’3 140 pounds, I go to the gym ab 4x a week 5x a week I do cardio. I just feel so bulky, I want to be a lot leaner, im not obese or overweight but I struggle so much with eating too much. My diet is good but I eat a lot and was wondering if Reta would be good and if anyone knows how safe it truly is? I don’t really see people like me on Reta it’s usually guys or more overweight people so I was wondering if anyone started out like me and had good results, and little to no side effects and what dosage you’ve been doing? Thankssss!
