I need to adjust my front sway bar because it’s knocking against the firewall…. how do I loosen the SPL sway bar to strut link from the sway bar end?There’s no Allen key at the opening end to hold onto it

I’m an intermediate driver in a slow car (NB Miata) but have about 30 days but only on one track and was curious what separates an intermediate driver from advanced? I feel like I can get away as advanced at my home track (Sebring) since I’ve done 30 days
