is it true you can never use non fa-safe products again?

i read somewhere that after you get fungal acne, even once you’ve gotten rid of it, you have to use fungal acne safe products forever because your skin stays prone to it. i really hope it’s not true because i already have very sensitive skin and i’ve spent years and so much money and trial and error trying to find a routine that works for me. i have these small skin coloured bumps on my shoulders and chest that im almost certain are fungal at this point because i’ve tried everything and they don’t budge. but i really want to be able to still use my body toner that helps with my PIH once i’ve gotten rid of the bumps but sezia says it has an ingredient that could trigger FA. most of my products are actually fungal acne safe and the ones that aren’t only have one or two ingredients but it would just be a nightmare to have to find something new AGAIN after how much research and money ive spent on my skin over the years. especially because i just bought a brand new bottle 😭 my skin is like a fussy spoiled cat that only tolerates very specific food.

also does anyone have any recommendations for fungal acne safe body lotions? i live in the uk and i literally can’t find any. i’m definitely gonna need to moisturise if im drying out my skin with nizoral lol.
