Mild Erosive Gastritis

I got diagnosed with gastritis recently as a 21 year old temale. I had a really bad flare up yesterday and have been experiencing intense acid reflux since doing colonoscopy/endoscopy prep. I believe mine is caused by stress, painkiller use and poor diet (waiting too long for meal times). My report showed really mild erosions and mild stomach inflammation.
My flare ups have not been so bad before, it feels like it's worsened since the bowel prep despite me taking low dose PPI and eating incredibly clean/ bland foods. Before the prep I was able to tolerate drinking, chocolate and even spicy foods - but this triggered a two week long flare. Im struggling to eat enough calories as a uni student too. How long did those take for you to heal if you were in a similar situation? I am absolutely miserable dealing with this so young - I feel like im missing out on so much of life.
