I don't know of a better way to reach out to the Crimson Desert devs with suggestions. I would like a filter option for mission types in the dispatch mission screen. You can only see like 5 missions on screen at a time, and it's annoying to scroll through hundreds of them looking for a specific mission type. It would be nice to be able to just scroll through all the mining missions or all the security missions.
