20M GMT -4 (travelling temporarily) Healthy Routine
Hey 20M medical student who's been trying to reset my routine for a long time now. I've managed to get a hold of my studies and reign in on some bad habits recently after a lot of lows in the last 4 years. However I have yet to replace bad habits with good ones or stick to a basic good schedule.
What I'm looking for:
Someone to check in with on some basic habits like
-waking up and sleeping early,
-eating right,
-sketching as a hobby,
-running as exercise
-trying to fit studies in whenever time permits
Sorry if the goals seem kind of simple here and I'm vague on how we will actually keep eachother accountable, I think that's better further discussed in dms but if any of this sticks with you feel free to message me, even just waking up or sleeping right, or sending pictures of the food we eat
A general intro about me: I like Pokemon, Pizza, Cats Mythology, Dinosaurs and some Anime but anything animated really, we can chill and talk about random things as friends too! So yeah if you think you vibe with me let's go ahead!!
