Did we cut the grafted portion, or am I worrying for no reason?
Bought our house in 2021, and it came with two citrus trees - one lemon and one orange. I was looking at our lemon tree today, and started to wonder if we had accidentally trimmed off the grafted portion the last time we pruned the tree. Any help identifying what I am looking at is appreciated! And do I need to trim that branch coming out near the base or is it the only part of the graft left? lol help!
