The bike has 270 miles on it. What can be the cause for this noise? Chain or tire misalignment? Should I go to the service?

I got my bike two weeks ago. I am planning to paint (black) the stock exhaust. I saw some heat resistant paints on the market. Did you ever use it? Do you have any experience?
