Why is it that some still receive an answer to their prayers in Jerusalem outside the old temple complex at what is historically known as the wailing wall? Because they are receiving help from the Mother of God who, keeping the Laws of the old Testament, waited for her Son and Saint Joseph to return from His Circumcision on that great day so long ago. Legend has it someone provided a place for her, Wisdom is needed here, for wisdom herself to be seated, so that she could nurse her Son who needed her after His Circumcision. So, is it God or His Blessed Mother, ever Virgin who provides for those seeking Consolations and help from Him who is the answer to all prayers there, yet even unto these days? Without peace, what can a poor man do who needs to see the Way God provides for His people. Yes, it is true that Mary couldn't and didn't enter the Temple at His Circumcision because though the most pure among women, she remained ritually impure until some time had elapsed between one ritual of the old Laws and another was kept. But who am I, just a poor Widow waiting myself for time and legends to speak of things both old and new. God bless us with the peace we need so some can still come and see the place where laid in her arms, Wisdom Himself rested and nursed as do babies even unto these days. Do men still find consolation such the same as this when they see their own women nursing? I hope so. Ave Maria, gratia plena.....
