I bought about a pound and a half of morels. I've never used them and want to try fried morels at least once. Chef said that could use the restaurant kitchen as long as make enough to share at least a little bit. I also want to try some other recipes with my family at home

All the recipes to fry them that I see are for lower oil temps than my restaurant runs (325-350F vs 385F). For cooking time, should deep fry them for 5 or 6 minutes? Obviously, this will vary with size, but l'm looking for a ballpark. Can y'all give me some tips, please?
