Citizen App paying to go LIVE.
So! I have the Citizen App just to stay informed of what's going on around me, mostly out of curiosity, in downtown Phoenix, AZ. (There's always something). Just this Tuesday there seemed to be a huge raid or something happening... like 30+ Police vehicles and swat gear, whole nine yards. So i popped on the app to see what was going on. Nothing. So I decided to start live streaming myself which is an option. Later still have no idea what was going on.
But the app tells me I have like 800 views by now, and it starts telling me I could make up to $400 a stream for live videos.
My main question... has anyone made money from this app? And is it legit? Seems like some real Jake Gyllenhaal,

But things are always happening around where I live. (Unfortunately) but if i was to just pop on my camera every now and then... and get payed for it! Cool... lame... but we could all use some extra cash!
Just wondering if anyone has experience of being paid?
