So I, a Pace Chaser main, am looking at some of the future Stamina Cards, as that is the biggest area that my account is lacking in right now. I don't think I'll have the Carats to pull for the Super Creek rerun (unless I get really lucky on the Tachyon/Hello banner), so the main two in looking at are New Year's Special Week, and Ballroom Mejiro Mcqueen, both have unique benefits to using them.

Special Week Pros:

+Available sooner, about 2 months before McQueen

+No Stopping Me is the chain events skill

+Really good rainbows, with 10% Training Effectiveness, 20% Friendship Bonus, and her Unique Effect gives 60 Mood Bonus on rainbows

+More Skill Hints, with 50% Hint Rate Up and giving Level 4 Hints, many of which are good

+Sweep Tosho Wit is the other banner card and also seems to be pretty good, with a Gold Accel for End Closers (which is nice to have, even if they're not my mains)

Special Week Cons:

-Low Specialty Priority, with only 35, so she's not super reliable

-Several Medium Skills in her Hint pool, which is unfortunate for a Stamina card that really will only see a ton of use on Long tracks

Mejiro McQueen Pros:

+Better Stamina stat stick, with 80 Specialty Priority, 3 Stamina Bonus from her Unique Effect, and 35% Friendship Bonus

+Ahead of the Game, a Gold Recovery not currently in global, is the chain event Skill

+Better Skill Hint pool, with a still respectable 20% Hint Rate Up and Level 2 Hints

+True Worth, a White Pace Chaser Accel, is available through the chain event as well

Mejiro Mcqueen Cons:

-The banner right after Mejiro Ramonu, which is higher priority, so I will have to go months without pulling anything both before and after the two Support Banners

-No Training Effectiveness, so she won't be doing much outside of Stamina Training specifically

Now, I could wait until these two actually get a rerun together, and just live off of borrows until then, but the rerun starts during the El Condor Pasa Speed Banner, which would be rough.

Tldr: Special Week seems to be the more flexible card, while Mejiro Mcqueen is more focused on hitting Stamina goals, and I'm curious which one would be better to pull.
