Hi all. I was wondering if I was alone in this trouble of not receiving my phyisical prize from the raffle that was running during the Chinese New Year patch.

I won a hat on 29 January, gave them my shipping details and waited. A month have passed, I got no notification, so I reached out to support. I've been in constant touch with them for about 2 months now and we're still at the same spot. It truly does seem like the customer service people are trying to help by escalating the issue over and over to no avail, which is concerning.

Naturally after 3 months of waiting in total I asked if instead I could get a compensation in the game, I got the same answer: we've forwarded your concern, again.

Has anyone received their winnings from this event? Please let me know.
