Title says it basically. I'm looking for an excellent kouign‑amann pastry. I searched past posts as I thought I'd seen someone mention good pastries before, but no luck for this specific kind. *Note - I have tried Wayward in Los Osos and while everything there has been outstanding overall the kouign-amann was not quite what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, I have had some amazing ones before while travelling and am now ruined for it.
