I have lived in Cincinnati for 30 yrs. My current circumstances require me to find a place to stay starting mid to late next week. (But can be flexible) I'd rather not pay AirBnB/VRBO fees. I'm interested in monthly increments and I can pay cash\venmo. I'm over 50 and will pass any background check. I'm a grown a** person who cleans up after himself. I will likely leave your place better than when I got there. I do have a dog but he is a hypoallergenic Cockapoo. He does not shed and has a spotless potty record. He doesn't leave a trace.
