I just recently got into vgc when champions came out, and have clawed my way up to ultra ball 2 using what ive learnt from fighing other people
This is my current team, it's mostly a rain team, where pelipper sets up rain for archaludon/basculegion
I've also got mega meganium on the team for mega sol, so that it is able to use a high damage fire type move in rain without being reduced, and also get 1 turn solar beam
Incineroar is 1 speed faster than archaludon to allow me to use parting shot to switch to pellipper for rain, and also use electro shot with archaludon on the same turn, meganium is also 1 speed faster to let it use weather ball to ko a follow me user before archaludon moves (though i have just realised i dont know how mega evolution changes meganium's speed so that might be pointless or not work)
Incineroar and sneasler both have fakeout, but im not sure if sneasler is really the best option on this team, but im not sure
I mostly use throat chop on incineroar due to meganium's weather ball, so im not sure if he could be changed also
Essentially i'm fairly confident in the use of pelliper, archaludon, basculegion and meganium, but im not sure having 2 pokemon with fake out os the best option for me and am generally intrested in any advice that might be relevant here
