My mother and grandmother bought this ring from a reputable estate jeweler in Virginia. At that time, the owner told them it was very old but he wasn’t sure how old. I believe my mom said they were called “old mine diamonds” but may have that confused. I do not see a hallmark. It’s big and the top and bottom points are almost sharp. I’d say the band is big. It’s too big for my thumb. They’re definitely diamonds.

Anyone have thoughts? They’re def diamonds.
