As the title says for some reason HRV is not syncing to watch.

Background for you I wear the T-Rex 3 daily and before bed swap to the Helio band to sleep in.

So I know the Helio is gathering the HRV and pushing to the app however it used to then show on this watch face on my T-Rex 3 when I put it on the next day however the past few days this has stopped, all other data is coming across as normal but this has stopped.

Sorry to pester but do you have any ideas or support u/Amazfit-Bryce ?

I've tried: Closing & reopening app Restarting phone Restarting watch Turning off Bluetooth of watch and back on to repair

As the title says, I really like the look of this but it's not available in the UK, ITS BEEN OHT A LIL WHILE NOW SO HOPING IT DOES SOON
