Was told by a mechanic that these rims can be pricey? Is this true. They are not in the best condition. I know they don’t belong on this car. 2013 Fiesta Zetec 1.2 Duratec.

So essentially when I m start my fiesta it makes this noise. Once it warms up it disappears. Any ideas?
