Hey, I'm (28, based in Gauteng South Africa) hoping I'm just paranoid, but there is something in my cats eye and I want to know how quickly to escalate?

He is a 3.5 year old male tabby cat, he's neutered, and is a fully indoor cat, with his brother.

He's acting absolutely fine, nothing seems off, and it doesn't seem to bother his sight at all. It looks like a thick hair, covered in mucus. It does seem to move a little when he blinks, but doesn't shift much.

I'm planning on monitoring today, and by tomorrow make the call to go to the vet or not. Just making sure if anyone might have solutions, or advice?
