I think these are both some sort of coccineus, mojavensis, or triglochidiatus variety. I used to think the first one was a coccineus, but I’m not sure. They only have female flowers, so I’ll have to wait for one of my other claret cups or one of the reichenbachii varieties to bloom to pollinate them.
