Is this little bastard the cause of my misery?

My 2012 LWB W906 is shaking like a shitting dog after 40mph. It’s come in fairly quick in the last two days. Or at least thats when I’ve noticed it.

I’m guessing it’s the linkage at the back? If anyone with any knowledge could weigh in I’d be more than grateful. Also if I’d like to know if it’s a moron friendly repair.
