Slapped some paint down on my Chaplain!

Most of the conversion work is done. Starting on painting, a lot of base layers put down. The base and the robe has been brought up more. I had to get him done to a certain level to play a 40k RPG. Back on him again to finish him to a level I am happy to have in my display case. Can't wait to get the decals on!
