I am trying to turn in my kia ev9 7 months early. I understand I am paying out the remainder of the lease, a lease end turn in fee and any applicable damage.

My local dealership cannot figure out how to take the car from us. The GM was trying to do it on their dealer portal. He called his dealer support and was told they can accept early turn ins but they didn't know where he needed to click to do it.

Has anyone delt with anything like this with KIA? Im just trying to get it off my insurance and turn it in before we go over on miles. We purchased our replacement EV last week.
