True or False....Not all tubers are good for taking cuttings.
I spent a lot of time/effort (to me lol) trying to take cuttings last year...spring & fall! And I think I had maybe 1 or 2 take. I tried so many ways...but now this season, I'm still trying lol and at the start I was not doing good but then a few of my KAs rooted hard! Then this one, a Clearview, and I started wondering....are some tubers just not meant for cuttings?
I probably tried 25 last year with the cube, and hormone..all failed, then this year...this one does that and I'm like the main difference was the starting tuber. Got me thinking, with seeing so many people saying how 'easy' it is, like yes do everything right but also, make sure the tuber also a good tuber for cuttings.
