Can somebody tell me how likely this is to Perc?

Cullman County Alabama. I bought this off my brother and before I buy a neighboring tract I want to get some ideas on perc tests. I’d just pay for one but accessing the site isn’t possible with vehicles right now but I’m going to use a spot on the other property for a driveway. I just don’t want to buy it have a big “shitty” issue. TIA

We also will have a 30x56x12 shell. This floor plan is 40x96x12. The stairs in the corner are for a walk out attic. Anything anyone would do differently? Guest room is larger for when my in laws need to move in. Total finished sq ft will be around 3200.
