This week in ETA you have gear disabled and in the defense mission enemies take 95% reduced damage from non archguns. It would take two seconds to see that that combination does not make sense. Luckily the defense is still doable this way, but the tank would be completely unplayable.

EDIT: I am purely talking about this showing that they do not review their modifiers. You can save yourself the snarky "skill issue" comments. I know it is easily doable if you just take Hildryn or whatever. Warframe is not a hard game and never will be, so trying to be elitist like this is mega cringe.
