First 7 days on Reta - reporting

ello, I’ve been taking a diary to record my experimentation with Reta.
I am 29F, 5’6. SW: 148 CW:145 GW: 135-138lbs.
why Reta: I’m one of the greedy people using to make my cut easier and hopefully get the stomach definition I’ve always dreamed of.
I started at 1mg which might have been too much. but my feelings could be skewed because the day after pinning I had a few drinks for cinco de mayo and that probably had to do with me feeling horrible in the beginning.

symptoms I felt : nausea the first two and a half days. burping (no sulfur), spotting the first day after pinning, vivid dreams. I sweat more and easier during my workouts.
I usually do the stairmaster for my cardio 35-45 mins, towards the last ten mins is when my HR hits zone 4, if that. I had to cut my sessions short or go down a level because I would hit zone 4 within 25 mins. I’m thanking the gods that my sleep hasn’t been affected besides the dreams with the elevation in HR. I gave myself anxiety the first two days after pinning because I just couldn’t believe I wasn’t hungry at all and I had to make myself eat.

I’ve had a personal trainer for 2 years so I’ve already had a consistent workout routine. he knows I just started on reta.
as far as diet, I’m aiming for 120g of protein a day but I’ve only been able to get 105-115 and just hitting 1200 cals for the day. I’ve been taking creatine every day and a fiber supplement every other day. I’ve been taking electrolytes when I’m feeling stale.

today I pinned .5mg so we’ll see what that feels like!
