i've been seeing a lot of ads lately for test boosters and i'm honestly not sure what to believe anymore. i'm 43 and for the past year or so i've been feeling more tired than usual, lower motivation, harder to recover after workouts, the usual stuff guys my age complain about. a coworker swears by some supplement he's been taking for a few months and says it changed things for him but i don't know if that's placebo or real.

i've been doing some reading on how effective are testosterone boosters for men over 40 in real life and the answers seem all over the place depending on where you look. some people say it's basically expensive pee and others say it genuinely helped them feel more like themselves again.

i'm not looking to get into steroids or anything like that, just curious if any guys here around my age have actually stuck with one of these supplements long enough to give an honest take.
