Crank/No spark after timing job......Pls help!!!!!!!!

Other parts replaced in the process are as follows:

water pump

head gasket

timing chain

Cam. Sprockets

Crank spr.

chain guides

chain tensioner and from here it was no fuel at rail, not sure how but that fixed itself.

I.C.M and spark plugs

Coil pack and boots and now it's a no spark even after newly installed everything.

the power pin on plug to coil pack is reading i think it was 11.6 with key on. I'm just at a complete loss pls
