I picked up this set of miter clamps in an auction box lot (I got them with the 2 saws in the last picture). I’m very familiar with the ones that have pointed tips and have used them extensively in my carpentry career but I’ve never seen the ones with the round-pad tips. Any guesses on what they would have been designed to clamp?
