i tried Removing the Two DLL files and putting them into another folder. i tried everything i know. i spent like 2 hours in the ingame graphic and display settings. I Have the PC requirements for it too. im hopeless

UPDATE : cutscenes look horrible. if i hold my camera in any direction its 5 fps. when i click on map im also 5 fps. and i have slight input lag
