I am looking for recommendations for a mono headset with microphone that specifically does not include automatic audio adjustment or equalization while on a call. This would be for use in a work environment with frequent call volume amongst other employees.

Currently using a Yealink UH46 which the audio quality is fine, but as someone who listens to music in the background the sudden quality jump is distracting. Ideally looking for something within the $20-$30 dollar range.
