How long to hear back from support about "Form not found" on assessment in project onboarding?
I'm trying to onboard to HH and have done all of the onboarding steps up to the assessment, but the link for that goes to a page that says "Form not found."
I have put in two tickets (the second one accidentally while talking to a chatbot), so I'm not seeking resolution here. But confirmation emails said that it could take up to a week to hear back. My agreement said that my participation would be a week long, with possible extension, so I'm worried.
So I'm wondering: Are others having this issue right now? And is it being resolved in time to participate in the project?
